The Black Cat is a mysterious cat who gives Mumfie and his friends advice. She used to be an ally to The Secretary of Night, but became The Queen of Night's pet after his defeat. The Black Cat also has a niece who was seen in "Reigning Cats and Dogs" and "French Lessons".

- The Black Cat is capable of producing objects. In the movie, she gave Scarecrow and Pinkey the Queen of Night's umbrella, in "Mumfie's White Christmas", she gave Mumfie a slipper and a statue of the Snowbird, in "Bristle's Blues", she produced Bristle's rule book (it is implied that she may have produced the object because she may have stolen the rule book), and in "The Starduster", she produced a map.
